• We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or if the wrong colour/style was chosen.

Quality & Damages:

• Every item is carefully checked before packaging.
• If your item arrives faulty or damaged during delivery, please:
  1. Take clear photos of the item upon receiving it.
  2. Email us at joyousthingsandco@gmail.com within 48 hours upon receiving your parcel.

• Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Sale Items:

• All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
